d baji Terms and Conditions
This document sets out all the rules, responsibilities, and rights that apply between members and the platform when using d baji. Please read it in full before registering or using any service.
1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, promotions, and activities on the d baji platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that they are legally binding.
d baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. The platform supports both Bengali and English for users' convenience.
If any part of these Terms is unclear, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. If a user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they should stop using the platform.
2 Membership and Account
2.1 Registration
To open an account at d baji, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, email, and date of birth provided at registration must be genuine. The platform reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts and the funds in them may be confiscated.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
For withdrawal requests above a certain amount, or at the platform's discretion at any time, a National ID (NID), passport, or other valid document may be requested for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3 Age and Eligibility
The minimum age to register at d baji and participate in any gaming or betting activity is 21 years. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
If it is found at registration or later that a member opened an account while under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void. Whether deposited funds are returned is at the platform's discretion.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks) are accepted for deposits at d baji. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Funds are added to the account after successful verification.
4.2 Withdrawals
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer may also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4.3 Payment Verification
The payment method used for a withdrawal request must match the information registered to the account. The policy is to complete withdrawals via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests using a different method may require additional verification.
4.4 Suspicious Transactions
In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, if a suspicious or unusual transaction is identified, d baji may hold the transaction and request additional documentation. The member must provide the required information in such cases.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are stated on the promotions page.
- Bonus balance is used before cash balance.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
- Do not treat bonus funds as free money — withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
- If a deposit is withdrawn after receiving a bonus, the associated bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 Other Promotions
Weekly reload rewards, Friday special offers, slots bonuses, birthday gifts, and friend referral rewards — specific terms and wagering requirements apply to all these promotions. d baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If any attempt to abuse the bonus system, manipulate it, or engage in bonus arbitrage is detected, d baji may cancel that account's bonuses and suspend the account.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Activities
Sports betting (including cricket and football), casino games, slots, and live games are available at d baji. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
6.2 Technical Issues
d baji reserves the right to review bets placed based on incorrect odds or abnormal results caused by any technical error or disruption. In such cases, the bet may be cancelled and the stake returned.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
- Any attempt to fix matches or influence the outcome of a game.
- Betting using software bots or automated methods.
- Deliberately taking advantage of a faulty game or odds.
- Earning bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
6.4 Maximum Bet Limits
Maximum bet limits are set for various events and games and are displayed on the platform. d baji reserves the right to change the bet limit for a specific member under special circumstances.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Reasons for Suspension
d baji may temporarily suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following situations:
- Suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
- While an identity verification process is ongoing.
- Suspicion of unusual betting activity or fraud.
- During an investigation for legal or regulatory reasons.
7.2 Permanent Closure
An account may be permanently closed if a serious breach of the Terms, fraud, or abuse is proven. In such cases, any bonus funds deposited and unwithdrawn bonus funds will be forfeited. However, the return of legitimate cash funds after verification will be considered separately.
7.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Any member may request to close their account voluntarily. This request must be made through the support team. Please withdraw any remaining eligible funds before closing your account.
8 Disclaimer and Limitations
The d baji platform is provided "as is". d baji is not responsible for service interruptions caused by network outages, third-party service provider issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
The outcomes of betting and gaming are entirely chance-based. d baji does not predict the outcome of any game and does not guarantee a specific win. Members bet at their own risk.
If abnormal winnings occur due to a technical error, d baji has the right to recover that amount. In such situations, the erroneous transaction will be cancelled and the original stake will be returned.
9 Privacy
d baji follows a defined policy for collecting, storing, and using members' personal information. SSL encryption is used to protect data, and strict security measures are maintained to prevent unauthorised access.

10 Responsible Gaming
